KENNESAW, Ga. — Integrated Broadband Services, a provider of software and services for broadband network providers, has closed on the acquisition of Parasun Technologies.
Parasun was part of Uniserve Communications Corp. in Vancouver, Canada. Parasun also develops broadband software.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Integrated Broadband is backed by Wachovia Capital Partners. The company has more than 200 clients servicing some 750,000 customers. It operates a software as a service model.
